Workplace Sound Bath Meditation - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Sol Harmonics for your Workplace Sound Bath Meditation. To ensure a harmonious and focused session, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking for Workplace Sound Bath Meditation is confirmed upon successful deposit payment. A confirmation email will be sent, providing details for the scheduled session.

2. Participant Well-being: Prioritize the well-being of participants. If any participant has health concerns or medical conditions, encourage them to consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Our sessions are generally suitable for all, but individual experiences may vary.

3. Conduct During the Session: Participants are encouraged to be present and engaged in the session fully. Recording the session is not permitted without explicit permission from Sol Harmonics.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled Workplace Sound Bath Meditation. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. Session transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable. 

5. Session Changes and Cancellations: Sol Harmonics reserves the right to modify the schedule or cancel a Workplace Sound Bath Meditation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to accommodate alternative arrangements. 

6. Photography and Recording: To respect the privacy and experience of all participants, photography and recording are not allowed during the Workplace Sound Bath Meditation without explicit permission from Sol Harmonics.

7. Communication: By booking a Workplace Sound Bath Meditation, you consent to receive communications from Sol Harmonics. This includes future session announcements, promotions, and information about other wellness services. Your contact information will be used exclusively for these purposes.
