One of our practitioners will greet you at the door to check you in.

What to Expect:

Our practitioners will introduce the practice, briefly sharing information about the benefits of Sound Bathing.

Throughout the experience, you will be laying down on your mat. You are welcome to readjust throughout the practice, just be mindful of the people and space around you.
