Cancellation Policy:
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation for a Public Sound Bath Session, we kindly request that you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. This allows us to accommodate others who may be on the waitlist or looking to join.
Rescheduling Policy:
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your Sound Bath Session. To do so, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance of the original class time. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
Late cancellations (within 12 hours of the class) and no-shows not only limit the availability for others but also impact the overall experience of the class. A fee equivalent to the full class price will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows.
Waitlist:
If a class is fully booked, we encourage you to join our waitlist. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify individuals on the waitlist in the order they joined. If you receive a notification, prompt action is required to secure your spot.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking for a Public Sound Bath Session is confirmed upon successful payment. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation email, which serves as proof of your reservation.
2. Arrival Time: We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. Late arrivals may disrupt the session, and entry may not be permitted once the session has commenced.
3. Health and Well-being: It is important to prioritize your well-being. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in a Sound Bath Session. Our classes are generally suitable for all, but individual experiences may vary.
4. Conduct During the Session: To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly ask participants to refrain from excessive talking or disruptive behaviour during the Sound Bath Session. Please turn off or silence electronic devices to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
5. Refund and Transfer Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. Session transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
6. Session Changes and Cancellations: Sol Harmonics reserves the right to modify the schedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to accommodate alternative arrangements or refunds if necessary.
7. Photography and Recording: To respect the privacy and experience of all participants, photography and recording are not allowed during the Sound Bath Session without explicit permission from Sol Harmonics.
8. Personal Belongings: Sol Harmonics is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please secure your valuables before entering the session space.
9. Communication: By booking a Public Sound Bath Session, you consent to receive communications from Sol Harmonics. This includes future class announcements, promotions, and information about other wellness services. Your contact information will be used exclusively for these purposes.
