Private Group Sound Bath - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Sol Harmonics for your Private Group Sound Bath experience. To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable session, please familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking for a Private Group Sound Bath is confirmed upon successful payment. A confirmation email will be sent, providing details for the scheduled session.

2. Venue and Setup: Ensure that the designated venue for the Private Group Sound Bath is suitable for the session. Our team will guide you on the optimal setup for a calming and focused environment.

3. Health and Well-being: Prioritize the well-being of participants. If any group member has health concerns or medical conditions, encourage them to consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Our sessions are generally suitable for all, but individual experiences may vary.

4. Conduct During the Session: To create a focused and respectful atmosphere, participants are encouraged to be present and engage in the session fully. Recording the session is not permitted without explicit permission from Sol Harmonics.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled Private Group Sound Bath. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. Session transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable. 

6. Session Changes and Cancellations: Sol Harmonics reserves the right to modify the schedule or cancel a Private Group Sound Bath due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to accommodate alternative arrangements.

7. Photography and Recording: To respect the privacy and experience of all participants, photography and recording are not allowed during the Private Group Sound Bath without explicit permission from Sol Harmonics.

8. Communication: By booking a Private Group Sound Bath, you consent to receive communications from Sol Harmonics. This includes future session announcements, promotions, and information about other wellness services. Your contact information will be used exclusively for these purposes.
